I saw Dr Starkenburg and the Imagine team on short notice to help set me up with some aligners. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the environment was really positive. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m a new client and scheduled a free consultation yesterday at the Lakeland location. Stephanie R. took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. The environment was welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. I went in today to start treatment with angel aligners and I had the pleasure of starting my treatment with Milkalys, Daniel, and Delisa. They were super gentle and did a wonderful job I absolutely love my aligners. Everything went perfect from the moment I walked in and was treated by the wonderful front desk ladies Lyanne and Norma and even the manger Hayze introduced herself and showed me around the clinic. Dr. Bowen and the treatment coordinator Gensi were super helpful too in starting my treatment. Overall I had a wonderful experience and had great interactions with the team. I highly recommend this place if you are ever thinking of starting treatment ๐
