I want to give a huge thank you to the ortho assistant named Soledad who worked with my son today. She was absolutely amazing. She talked him through every step of the process, kept him calm, and made sure he felt comfortable the entire time. Her kindness and patience truly made all the difference. Milkalys was as beautiful as she was amazing, she made sure I was comfortable through all stages of my visit, and explained things to me as she did them, and usually I feel a lot of pressure when changing my power chain, this time was different I didn't feel any of that same pressure, though she said there would be. My visits with them are always nice, thanks for being so consistent and making sure I was comfortable through it. Hope I get her again next time.
