I just finished my clear aligner treatment at this office and I can confidently say that EVERY appointment was so enjoyable. The staff members are so sweet and celebrate your progress with you. I wish I could remember all the ortho assistants' names, special shoutout to Mia for adjusting my retainers. From the front desk to the back, thank you for helping me get a smile that I am proud of!

I’ll be honest—my first experience with Imagine Orthodontics wasn’t the best. However, their office manager, Sarah, personally reached out to me with a sincere apology and offered a very generous solution to address the issue I had.

Because of that, I decided to give them another chance since I still needed the work done—and I’m really glad I did. My return visit was a much more pleasant experience. The entire staff was attentive and kind, and Dr. Morris in particular made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

No place is perfect and mistakes happen, but I truly appreciate a business that takes accountability and makes things right. That effort definitely made a difference for me.

I’m 51 years old and was a bit nervous on getting braces. The staff was super welcoming. Made me feel welcomed and less nervous. They explained everything thoroughly and the pricing was surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend this place.
