I’m a new client and scheduled a free consultation yesterday at the Lakeland location. Stephanie R. took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. The environment was welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. I truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism while also taking the time to understand my personal goals. I had an amazing experience and am so grateful for how welcomed I felt. I’m really looking forward to becoming part of the Imagine family! David was great as well!

I went in today to start treatment with angel aligners and I had the pleasure of starting my treatment with Milkalys, Daniel, and Delisa. They were super gentle and did a wonderful job I absolutely love my aligners. Everything went perfect from the moment I walked in and was treated by the wonderful front desk ladies Lyanne and Norma and even the manger Hayze introduced herself and showed me around the clinic. Dr. Bowen and the treatment coordinator Gensi were super helpful too in starting my treatment. Overall I had a wonderful experience and had great interactions with the team. I highly recommend this place if you are ever thinking of starting treatment 🙂

Milkalys, really nice & great work

Milkalys was so kind and very efficient!

Milkalys was very caring and explanatory of what to expect today. No real issue with getting both expanders off and getting brackets put on. Daughter was calm throughout and able to joke, even with being nervous. Looking forward to continued care with Milkalys in April. Thank you for helping her true smile to come out!

Milkalys was really really nice from start to finish. I had my Invisaligners for 2 years and every time I came she always greeted me with a smile. She was really attentive to what I needed to do to make me teeth look the best they can be. She is really professional and she did an amazing job!! ❤️
