Making a Payment and Checking Your Balance Has Never Been Easier
If you are a current Imagine patient, you can make a payment and check your balance online – making a payment has been easier or more convenient!
With just a few clicks, you can securely pay your balance – 24 hours a day! No need to call or make a trip to the office; with online payments save you time and avoid late fees. Also, with advanced security features, your transactions are safe and protected.

Below are instructions to login to your personal patient account and view your account balance.
Payment Instructions
Step 2
If it is your first time logging in, you will need to setup your password. Click the “Forgot your password” link to set your password, you screen will look like the below.
To reset your password, enter your Username (your default username will be “FirstnameLastname”, for example DavidSmith), enter the email used in your initial Patient paperwork, and click the “Reset Password” button.
If you do not remember your Email or are unable to determine your Username, you will need to call our office to verify the information we have on your patient record.
Step 3
Check your email, where you will receive a message with the temporary new password. Click the link and create a new password that you will remember. You can then login with your established password to enter the patient portal.
Step 4
Once in the portal, Click on your patient name, and select to the “Balance” section from the menu on the far left, and select the “Post Payment” from the bottom right to complete your payment.
