We are located on South Florida Ave, just off the Polk Parkway Expressway. We are close to shopping areas like the Walmart Supercenter, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Marshalls, and Dollar Tree.

For those coming from I-4, take exit 27 for FL-570 E (Polk Parkway) toward Lakeland/Winter Haven, then take exit 7 for FL-37/Florida Ave and turn left onto Florida Ave. You will see the office visible from the road on your left-hand side just shortly after turning on Florida Ave.

Typically, our patients don’t experience orthodontic emergencies, but life happens. We’re available 5 days a week and can usually find some wiggle room to accommodate urgent needs. This usually works best if you’re willing to travel to other locations outside of your primary office, or else we can schedule you at the next available slot at your preferred location.

Absolutely not! Just book your free consultation to get started. It’s unusual for private insurers to require a referral, although Medicaid does have an approval process. Either way, our team is capable of reaching out to your dentist for any necessary follow-ups.
