For children under 18, Medicaid may be able to cover the cost of braces, but they must be deemed medically necessary. Each year, your child can be evaluated to determine if braces would be medically necessary. After the initial evaluation, if you are denied, you may reapply for a new evaluation in the following year. Medicaid typically allows up to three evaluation attempts.
Our Imagine Orthodontic Studio Prepay Program allows you to prepay for your child’s orthodontic treatment and lock in at our current rate! When you secure your affordable rate you can make minimum monthly contributions of $50 to your future treatment! When your child is ready for braces, we’ll verify your insurance and apply for any benefits. If you decide not to proceed with treatment, you can request a full refund within 10 business days.
